Earlier, amid tight security arrangements in the Ram temple, a huge crowd of devotees gathered on Wednesday to have the darshan of Ramlala. It was told that till afternoon about three lakh people had darshan of the Lord. Ramlala’s life was consecrated on Monday in the newly constructed Ram temple in Ayodhya. The next day on Tuesday, the doors of Ram temple were opened for the general public. During this period, more than six lakh devotees had darshan of the Lord.
Special Director General of Police (Law and Order) Prashant Kumar, who is looking after the crowd management arrangements, said that the only change in the arrangements of yesterday and today is that we have implemented a new queue system for the devotees coming for darshan. We have made arrangements to ensure smooth entry and exit in different queues. The situation is now completely under control
