"Shahid Kapoor's Shocking Truth: Fighting Bullies and Finding Fame in Bollywood!"

Shahid Kapoor, even though his parents are famous actors, thinks of himself as an outsider in Bollywood. He recently talked about his experiences on Neha Dhupia’s talk show. He shared how he faced difficulties in entering the film industry without help from his parents, and how he had to deal with bullying.

Shahid also spoke about moving from Delhi to Mumbai and feeling different because of how he spoke. He said that he often felt like he didn’t belong.

He remembered, “We lived in a rented house, so we had to move every 11 months. I had to make new friends each time. It wasn’t until I joined Shiamak Davar’s classes and college that I finally felt accepted and had my own group of friends. That’s when I decided to become an actor.”

Talking about his experiences in Bollywood, Shahid said, “I realized that the film industry is like school. Outsiders are not easily accepted here. They often wonder how you managed to get in. So, I struggled with that for many years. I don’t like the idea of forming groups.”

“I believe that people who want to work together creatively should do so. But that doesn’t mean you should put others down or close doors for them. When I was younger, I didn’t have the confidence to stand up for myself. But now, if someone tries to bully me, I will stand up to them. I will not let them bully me because they don’t deserve it,” he added.

On the work front, Shahid will be seen in Rosshan Andrews’s movie ‘Deva’ alongside Pooja Hegde.
